Please note: the Travellers and Bayview Rooms are located in separate buildings from where the conference takes place. You can walk, drive or take the shuttle bus that Deerhurst provides from these buildings.
It is recommended you book early to avoid disappointment. After October 8, the regular room rates will apply and remaining blocked rooms are released. Make sure you mention Toastmasters when booking to ensure you get the room rate.
Please note: You will be required to pay for one night's stay upon making reservations, with the balance due upon checkout. Seven days notice must be given if cancelling to receive full refund.
